Temporarily Out Of Service (because Time Warner sucks)

My home internet is currently down thanks to Time Warner's great products, so I'm not able to share any games right now. TW will be here on Tuesday, so hopefully it will be fixed then. Until then, hopefully there are other seeders available.

You're On Notice

I set this site up via bittorrent so that people would share, but I've come to realize that I'm the only one sharing. When you're done downloading the file from me, continue "seeding" until your share ratio reaches at least 1.0. If you don't I'll either throttle your bandwith to a snail's pace or block you completely. I'm tired of using up my bandwith if no one else is going to share like bittorrent is intended to. You can leave your client running in the background, and if you use something like utorrent, it won't hog your memory.

If you have any questions or concerns, let me know via the contact link on the right.

Seeking Games Not Yet Archived

If you've got a DVD or computer video file of a game that is not yet archived, please contact me by posting your email address in a comment to this post.

Vandy, Vandy, Oh Hell Yea!

For those of you new to torrents, let me try to get you up to speed. The links I provide you here will be for very small torrent files. These files do not actually contain any video, they are simply the "instructions" your torrent software needs to download and share files with others. I highly recommend you use µTorrent if you run Windows or Azureus if you have a Mac. There is a nice UTORRENT FAQ here.

Downloads will take a while, depending on how much bandwidth you decide to share. The more upload bandwidth shared by everyone, the smoother the torrent will run. The majority of the files are in MPEG-2 format, which you should be able to drag and drop into your favorite DVD burning software and it will render into a dvd if you want to burn them to disk. If you wish to watch it on your computer, you may need to download and install K LITE CODEC PACK. The files in AVI or DIVX format will require you to install
DIVX CODEC 6.4.1
.

Once you have finished downloading the actual video file, you become a "seeder", which means that other people are now downloading directly from you. Obviously, the more seeders there are, the quicker download speeds. When you become a seeder, please do not close your torrent program. Instead, wait until your share ratio is at least a 1.0, which means that you've uploaded as much as you've downloaded.

If you have any questions, please post a comment in response to this thread. I will do my best to answer it and that way we can build our own FAQ list.

How to burn these videos to DVD.

1) If you need burning software that will take the video files you download here and burn them as DVD's you can play on your TV, then download the torrent located HERE (NERO 7.5). I use NERO to burn my DVD's, just simply choose "Create DVD Video" from the startup program and select the video file of the game you want to burn on a DVD. Depending on your PC's processor speed and the number of processes you are running this can take a while or no time at all. Hope this helps all of you who have been asking me this question.

2) Another choice: Apollo Divx to DVD Creator. This is fairly basic and doesn't allow menu creation or anything along those lines, but it gets the job done.

Special Thanks

I want to send shoutouts to MJDore, joebobcooter, and jerb2 (from InsidtheVille). MJDore was the originator of sharing VU games and produced a ton of DVDs for Vanderbilt fans in seasons past. Joebobcooter has been archiving the 2007 NCAA games and other games that I previously did not have. Finally, jerb2 inspired this site thanks to his great work at BigEastTorrents.
